Lauren Ranalli, MPH
Vice President, Community and Patient Engagement
Lauren Ranalli, MPH, serves as Vice President of Community and Patient Engagement at Town Square Health, where she leads efforts to strengthen relationships with patients, community partners, and health equity initiatives that support the practice’s mission of delivering coordinated, patient-centered care to Medicare-eligible populations. In this role, Lauren helps shape programs and strategies that promote community outreach, patient navigation, education, and engagement to improve health outcomes across diverse populations.
Lauren brings more than 20 years of experience in public health, communications, and community engagement. Before joining Town Square Health in 2025, she held leadership roles at ETR, Michigan Medicine, and Erie Family Health Centers, overseeing public health initiatives and national training and technical assistance models for health systems and community health providers. Lauren has a strong track record of building collaborative initiatives that connect clinical services with community needs.
Lauren holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on health behavior and education from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and education from Washington University in St. Louis. Her education and career reflect a deep commitment to community health engagement, contributing to thought leadership in public health communications and patient-centered outreach strategies.
