Ellen Wagner, MPH, MS, is Vice President of Operations at Town Square Health, overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies that ensure efficient, patient-focused care delivery across all markets. She plays a key role in aligning operational performance with the organization’s clinical and strategic goals, optimizing workflows, care coordination, and patient access in support of a high-quality value-based care model. 

Ellen joins Town Square Health with deep experience in healthcare operations, having led operational transformation initiatives that strengthen clinical support, streamline care delivery, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. In previous roles with ETR Associates, Michigan Medicine, Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, and NYU Langone, she worked on aligning systems around patients and enhancing organizational capacity to meet the evolving needs of interdisciplinary health care teams and communities. Ellen’s leadership is marked by her commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in support of frontline clinicians and patient outcomes. 

Ellen holds a Masters in Public Health from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Masters in Science from New York Medical College, equipping her with both the analytical and expertise to lead complex operational initiatives in healthcare. Her academic and practical experience in operations, quality improvement, and systems integration positions her to advance Town Square Health’s mission of delivering coordinated, accessible care that centers on patient needs.
