He previously served as a senior corporate officer and Global Vice President at Joint Commission Resources and Joint Commission International, where he led major business units responsible for improving healthcare quality and patient safety worldwide. His leadership has spanned P&L-level roles at established companies like Allscripts Healthcare Solutions and executive CEO roles at VC-backed healthcare technology startups, demonstrating his ability to drive growth, operational performance, and innovation across diverse environments. David also serves as an executive coach, board member, and strategic investor supporting health-focused ventures and leadership development.

David holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina, complementing his deep expertise in leading cross-functional teams and complex, mission-critical initiatives.
